The CEO Office sits at the center of Encavis' strategic development and transformation agenda. Acting as both a strategic PMO and trusted sparring partner to the CEO and C-Suite, the team drives the execution of the company's most critical initiatives, ensures alignment across functions, and supports key decision-making processes. From shaping corporate strategy and monitoring performance to leading cross-functional transformation programs and preparing board-level materials, the CEO Office helps translate long-term ambitions into tangible business outcomes and serves as a catalyst for the next phase of Encavis' growth. Given the increasing complexity and scale of our business, we are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join us and help shape the next chapter of Encavis' growth.
