As Senior E-Commerce Growth Manager, you are responsible for the growth of the FORMEL SKIN online shop. Your objective is to scale shop revenue by a double-digit percentage. This requires a thorough understanding of all dynamics behind shop growth — performance marketing, on-site conversion, basket size, repeat purchase, assortment and margin — and the ability to translate that understanding into a prioritised roadmap and measurable results. You will set the commercial agenda for the shop, analyse performance yourself, and specify requirements for our development team.
