You will play a key role in managing the financing activities of one of Skyborn Renewables' major offshore wind projects. Embedded within our Joint Venture and Asset Management environment, you will act as an important interface between the project, its shareholders and financing partners.
With a strong focus on project finance and lender management, you will manage complex financing obligations and lender-facing processes throughout the construction and operational phases of the project. We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of complex financing structures and relevant experience gained in project finance, banking, corporate or structured finance, financial services or other financing-driven environments.
