For our Group Strategy & Development / M&A, we are looking for a Director M&A Execution (f/m/d). This position is located in Heidelberg, Germany and will report to the Senior Vice President Group Strategy & Development / M&A.
As part of a small team that advises CEO, CFO & the whole Managing Board on strategy and manages development & M&A initiatives, the Director M&A Execution will take responsibility for the Group's M&A process and governance, and manage the portfolio of M&A projects end-to-end. The role will allow to make a significant contribution to some of the Group's most important projects.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive team player who loves working in a high intensity environment (willing to get his/her hands dirty and play whatever role the team needs), has an outstanding level of curiosity and very strong analytical skills to grasp quickly the fond of complex strategic issues, while always aiming to make a significant contribution.
